What Are LE LEFOSSI's Delivery Options?

During checkout, we will provide an estimated delivery date based on your shipping address. Below are our available delivery options:

Standard Delivery

l  LE LEFOSSI Members: Free for orders of $80 or more; $9.99 for orders under $80.

l  Guests: Free for orders of $150 or more; $9.99 for orders under $150.

l  Estimated delivery time: Generally arrives in 7–15 business days.

Additional Information

l  Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

l  Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email within 3-7days after your order has been shipped. You may monitor the real-time status of your shipment through the tracking link available in your order details.

l  Delivery Time Disclaimer: Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and the destination address. Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer than deliveries to major metropolitan areas.

l  Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated time-frame, please understand that delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions (such as snowstorms, floods, or wildfires), earthquakes, labor disputes, or other force majeure events. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding should such rare situations arise. If your order has not arrived within the expected time-frame, we encourage you to contact us directly before opening any dispute—we are committed to assisting you promptly and finding a satisfactory resolution.

l  Business Hours & Holidays: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays. Please anticipate longer processing and delivery times during public holiday periods.

l  Shipping Restrictions: We are currently unable to deliver to certain locations within the United States. Please refer to the checkout page for the most up-to-date information on whether we can ship to your specific address. Additionally, please note that orders cannot be delivered to re-shippers or package-forwarding services.

l  Delivery Fee Refund Policy: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless you receive a faulty or damaged item.

Return and Exchange

When you shop with LE LEFOSSI online, you can return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Delivery Fees

Return delivery fees depend on the reason for your return:

l  If you're returning for personal reasons – such as size, color, fit, or simply changing your mind – a $9.95 return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

l  If the item is faulty or damaged due to our error, we will cover the return delivery fees and provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the following items cannot be returned:

l  Items that have been used, installed, or modified

l  Items without original tags or original packaging

l  Items without a valid proof of purchase

l  Items delivered more than 15 days ago

l  Items listed as final sale or not returnable

l  Mystery Box / Surprise Bundle items – contents are pee-selected and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged

l  Custom-order or personalized parts – items specially manufactured, painted, engraved, or modified to your request (non-returnable)

l  Closeout / Clearance stock – heavily discounted items sold as final sale, not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

l  Go to "Your Orders" in your Amazon account and submit a return request.

l  Our team will respond within 48 hours.

l  Follow the instructions we send – if you're responsible for return shipping, please keep your tracking number.

l  Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund within 7–10 business days.
